You are invited to submit an extended abstract of the contributed talk (2-4 pages of A4 size, standard LaTeX article class is recommended). Deadline for the submission of abstracts is
Apr 15, 2016 extended to Apr 30, 2016. Decision notification: May 15, 2016 (for later submissions this may be delayed).

Extended abstracts of the accepted talks will be published in a conference proceedings available to registered participants at the conference.
Every participant of the conference must be registered prior to May 22, 2016. Please use the following registration form to enter the details.
The conference fee without accommodation is 200 EUR. Conference fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks and banquet.
Accompanying persons are heartily welcome. If you want to use conference special rates for accommodation, or if you want to order a banquet for the accompanying person (50 EUR), please indicate this in the registration form.
Special rates for board and lodging are available through the conference registration for participants and accompanying persons (see accommodation).
Please note that special room rates and single rooms are reserved on first-come first-serve basis.
Payments (conference fee + conference accommodation if requested + banquet fees for accompanying persons + wire transfer fees) should be made prior to the registration deadline via wire transfer. The beneficiary for wire transfer is:

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your registration by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) till May 22 free of charge (excluding money transfer costs). Otherwise you can be refunded 50% of the registration fee (you can still receive the conference proceedings, if you leave us your correspondence address).
AccommodationRecommended accomodation is at Hotel Magnolia (the conference venue), where special rates are available for the participants. The special fees are only available through conference registration:
- Single room: 55 EUR per night
- Double room: 45 per person per night
If you select the option with accommodation, please include the correct fee in the wire transfer. E.g., a single conference fee + single room for 3 nights is 365 EUR (plus possible wire transfer fee), while a single conference fee, one banquet for accompanying person + double room for 2 per four nights is 200EUR+50EUR+2*4*45EUR=610EUR.
